Woof N Purr Shop is operated out of Utah, United States, and sells pet products, including supplements, online via www.woofnpurrshop.com, worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Descriptions
We attempt to display product information, including descriptions and images, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or update information, and cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
4. Supplement and Health Disclaimer

Products sold by Woof N Purr Shop, including supplements, are intended for general wellness support for pets and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body.
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing any new supplement, especially if your pet has an existing medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is taking medication.
- You are solely responsible for monitoring your pet's reaction to any product and for discontinuing use and seeking veterinary care if adverse effects occur.
- We are not liable for any adverse reaction, illness, injury, or harm to your pet resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or our designated payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping times, carriers, and costs vary by destination and are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (supplements and consumables), we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, for health and safety reasons.
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@woofnpurrshop.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return request.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the unopened item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). All sales of opened or used items are final.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woof N Purr Shop and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or harm to your pet, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woof N Purr Shop, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, regardless of your location. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
